EasyConnect Plus, along with Microsoft SharePoint® Server, will provide a simple way of converting and sharing hard copy documents.

EasyConnect Plus is a high-volume ; workgroup to mid-production level capturing solution designed to convert paper documents into electronic documents. With integration to Microsoft SharePoint®, EasyConnect Plus will enable the user to distribute the captured documents into SharePoint® repositories complete with indexing information. The user will be able to send the image file formats such as TIF, BMP, JPG and PDF (image PDF, searchable PDF and PDF/A). Also, Microsoft Office® files can be converted into PDF for the purpose of archiving.

This TWAIN based versatile capturing solution offers various features which will help the end user to increase their productivity in document capturing and archiving to Microsoft SharePoint®. EasyConnect Plus is also offer watch folder function where networked capturing devices such as digital copiers or network scanner can be used.

Based on a ribbon GUI concept, EasyConnect Plus has the similar look and feel of Microsoft Office® products. This familiar GUI and operation will minimize the training time and user resistance to a new solution.
